City 2 Surf

Cruzin For A Cure will have a group of guys and girls running the annual City 2 Surf.

With spacial thanks to Speedo, the group will look fantastic in their Cruzin For A Cure outfit. Speedo kindly donated clothing for all the people taking part representing Cruzin For A Cure.

The event takes place on Sunday 9th August 2009 starting at Hyde Park and running a 14 km journey to Bondi Beach.

If you happen to be there, please support our guys and girls.

Cruzin For A Cure 2010
Cruzin For A Cure will be held on Sunday 7th November 2010. The meeting point for the cruise will be 9.30am at University Western Sydney (UWS), Victoria Road, Parramatta for a 10.00am departure.

The cruise will head to Camden Airport where there will be a BBQ, Jumping Castle, Face Painting, Airport Tours, Raffles, Dj and more.

Entry will be $10 per car and will be collected at the gate at Camden Airport.
A Night With The Stars
Westmead Medical Research Foundation’s “Night With The Stars” was held on Friday 21st May. Cruzin For A Cure was asked to help out by supplying cars to transport some of the stars from the meeting location to the secret location of the event.

We had nine cars from the American Muscle Car Club (AMCC) provide transportation for guests from King Street Wharf to Pyrmont (a mystery cruise) on Friday night, a great effort when you look at the weather. There was assortment of Corvettes, Mustangs, Camaros, Trans-Am's and Chryslers. They looked great!

We would like to send out a massive thank you to Garry McLaughlin (President) of AMCC who helped organise the cars.
Donation: Mustang Owners Club NSW
Cruzin For A Cure would like to thank the Mustang Owners Club of NSW for their kind donation of $500. The donation was handed over at the All American Day which is organised and held by Mustang Owners Club of NSW.

This brings the total amount raised to $61,539.60.

Team AERO is a group of cyclists that are supporting Cruzin For A Cure.

Team AERO will be riding from UWS Parramatta to Camden Airport on the day of the cruise and hope to help raise money through their cycling for Cruzin For A Cure and Westmead Medical Research Foundation.
